Director of Middle and Upper School Chorus, Theatre and Musical Theatre
Renee Perry Mitchell holds a bachelor of music from East Carolina University and is an alumna of the Meisner Professional Method Acting Program. She worked in the musical theatre industry in New York City from 1993 - 2001. Since that time, she has taught at Virginia's Performing Arts Academy at Salem High School, Governor's School for the Arts, Regent University and at rpm dance/productions, a performing arts school that she founded in 2005. Mrs. Mitchell has performed, directed and choreographed throughout the country and abroad. She is the director of Upper and Middle School chorus, theatre and musical theatre and mom to two Saints, Twyla '25 and Zoey '28.
