Lady Saints win third meet

The Nansemond-Suffolk Academy girls’ cross country team won its third meet of the season last weekend at Norfolk Collegiate.
The Lady Saints won the meet at Mount Trashmore hosted by Norfolk Collegiate. Emma Conrod finished third overall and first for NSA with a time of 22:15.20. Kaylee Moore, Berkeley Puzey, Frances Hope and Camryn King each finished seventh through 10th, respectively. King had an impressive surge to finish in the top 10.
