Nansemond-Suffolk Academy’s softball team defeated Kenston Forest Academy in a double-header Wednesday afternoon. NSA went on the road to complete a game that was called due to lighting on March 18. They picked up that game in the fifth inning, and NSA came out with an 8-7 win. They followed up with another five-inning game, which the Lady Saints won 4-3 on a walk-off double by Addy Greene. With the win, the Lady Saints move to 7-2 on the year, but Lady Saints coach Brittany Thornburg believes there is still room to get better.
