Transportation

Nansemond-Suffolk Academy strives to provide safe and reliable transportation for students (4 years of age through 12th grade) who may require this service. The school operates its own fleet of school buses to assist with the transportation needs of our families. Certified commercial bus drivers, who have been screened with criminal background checks and yearly physicals, transport NSA students on different routes throughout Hampton Roads.

Activity Routes

The school also offers two activity routes to help provide transportation services for students involved in after-school activities such as sports, Extended Care programs, club meetings, etc. Both routes depart NSA daily at 6:00 p.m. We currently offer activity bus service to the following areas:

ACTIVITY 1 - to North Suffolk - Riverfront Swim Club, 5301 Sports Club Run - arrives 6:25 p.m.
ACTIVITY 2 - to Sunbury, NC - NC-32, Sunbury, NC 27979 (Sunoco Station) - arrives 6:35 p.m.

Activity bus	N/A	$720 yearly (per child) or $330 seasonally* (per child)

Bus passes are available at the charge of $10 one way (for established bus stops only).

*Fall season: August–November; Winter season: December–February; Spring season: March–May
