Congratulations to the student-athletes who were recognized by the Tidewater Conference of Independent Schools and the Virginia Independent Schools Athletic Association for their outstanding athletic achievements this winter!
In addition to all-conference, all-state and all-Suffolk honors, one Saint was crowned TCIS champion, six school records were broken and four teams received recognition for their exemplary sportsmanship. The honors are listed below by sport. Go Saints!
