Congratulations to the student-athletes who were recognized by the Tidewater Conference of Independent Schools and the Virginia Independent Schools Athletic Association for their outstanding athletic achievements this winter!
In addition to all-conference and all-state honors, three Saints were crowned TCIS champions, five Saints earned VISAA titles and several student-athletes made NSA history by breaking school records, some of which had been on the books for decades. The honors are listed below by sport. Go Saints!

- Broke the school record in the 100M backstroke with a time of 1:06.48 on Dec. 6, 2024. The previous record was set by Ryan Hanson '07 on Jan. 13, 2006, with a time of 1:07.40.
- Broke the school record in the 100M freestyle with a time of 57.72 on Jan. 16, 2025. The previous record was set by Brandon Wilder '07 in 2006.
