NSA Theatre Department Brings Classic Musical Comedy to the Suffolk Center with "Anything Goes"

This Tony Award-winning, age-old tale of boy meets girl will be brought to the stage at the Suffolk Center for Cultural Arts by Nansemond-Suffolk Academy's talented Theatre Department!

Aboard the S.S. American, a colorful group of passengers embarks on a high-seas adventure filled with mistaken identities, clever disguises and unexpected love stories. When Billy Crocker sneaks onto the ship to win back the heart of Hope Harcourt, he becomes tangled up with a glamorous nightclub singer, a clumsy gangster, a lovesick English lord and even the FBI. What follows is a fast-paced mix of comedy, romance and show-stopping musical numbers as the ship sails from New York to London.

Featuring Cole Porter favorites like “Anything Goes,” “You’re the Top” and “I Get a Kick Out of You,” this timeless musical is filled with humor, lively dancing and fun for audiences of all ages.
