2023-2024 Winter Sports Start Dates

Go Saints

The Office of Athletics is getting ready for the 2023-2024 winter sports season!

Practices for winter sports begin in November. The start dates and times are listed below. Before your student can participate in athletics this winter, we must have an updated athletic physical on file. The only forms that will be accepted are the NSA athletic physical form or the Virginia High School League (VHSL) physical form. Athletic physicals are good for one calendar year from the date of completion. The athletic physical form is located in SaintsNet. After logging in, please click on the “Resources” tab and then “Forms and Handbooks.” The Office of Athletics has transitioned to a paperless process, and the completed athletic physical should be emailed directly to our athletic trainer, Sydney Lester, at athletictraining@nsacademy.org. If your student is participating in a fall sport, the paperwork should already be on file.

If you have any questions, please contact the Office of Athletics at (757) 539-8789 ext. 3357 or ext. 3353. Go Saints!
