In order to complete this form, you will need your NSA family email account details (enclosed on green signature page in letter in mid-July from Head of Upper School). The Upper School Office is open throughout the summer from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday and from 8:00 a.m. to noon on Friday. |
