Objectives: Students will warm-up with exercises targeting specific muscle groups.
Students will practice serving and hitting the ball, jumping, and eye-hand coordination skills while playing volleyball.

Tuesdays
Objectives: Students will warm-up with exercises targeting specific muscle groups.
Students will practice running, passing, and catching skills while playing football.
Class: Warm-up exercises / stretches / football

Wednesdays
Objectives: Students will warm-up with exercises targeting specific muscle groups.
Students will practice throwing, catching, and running skills while playing ultimate Frisbee.
Class: Warm-up exercises / stretches / ultimate frisbee

Thursdays
Objectives: Students will warm-up with exercises targeting specific muscle groups.
Students will practice running, passing, and catching skills while playing football.
Class: Warm-up exercises / stretches / football

Fridays
Objectives: Students will warm-up with exercises targeting specific muscle groups.
Students will practice running, kicking, passing while playing soccer.
