Sec 10.6(part 1) “Counting Principles, Permutations, and Combinations” OBJ: TLW understand and use the Fundamental Counting Principle, understand and calculate permutations; understand and calculate combinations. HW: p 975 #3, 11, 17-20, 21-31 odd.

Sec 10.6(part 2) OBJ: TLW reinforce the previously stated objectives. HW: p 976 #33-47 odd.

Sec 10.7(part 1) “ Probability” OBJ: TLW understand and compute Empirical Probability; understand and compute Theoretical Probability; find the probability of an event not occurring; compute Or Probabilities with Mutually Exclusive Events; compute Or Probabilities with Events Not Mutually Exclusive.
