To complete the digital Student Information Form for each student in the Lower School and Pre-K please click on the relevant link below to launch the form: In order to complete this form, you will need your NSA family email account details (enclosed on white signature page in letter in July from Head of Lower School). Remember to return the white signature page. If you want technological help in filling out the forms online, call the Lower School Office at 539-8789, ext. 3323. The Lower School Office is open throughout the summer from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday and from 8:00 a.m. to noon on Friday. |
