Formal instruction in instrumental music is available to students in grades 6 through 12. Instrumental music students participate in the concert band and the marching band. Concerts, competitions, and parades are typical performance opportunities for band students.

March 27 – Recital Night – all grades
Participation is voluntary, sign up in band room
7:00 p.m. Nancy Russell Auditorium

April 19 – Lower School Band Trip – Busch Gardens

April 24 – 29 - Upper School Band Trip – New York City

May 13 – Upper School Jazz Band Concert 7:00 p.m. Nancy Russell Auditorium

May 21 – Lower School Band Concert
6th & 7th Grade Concert and Jazz Bands report to band room dressed at 6:30 p.m.
7:30 p.m. Cafetorium

May 22 – Upper School Band Concert
US Concert and Jazz Band report to band room dressed at 6:30 p.m.
7:30 p.m. Cafetorium

Graduation – Upper School Concert Band – 9:00 a.m., report to band room at 7:30 a.m.
